Some Advice For New Runners (and people who don’t like to run)
You don’t have to like it; you just have to do it.
Set a schedule and come rain or shine, stick to it.
Go running especially when you don’t “feel” like it. When you don’t want to run… that is when you have to run.
Remember this – sometimes, it suck’s for everyone else too.
The only difference between you and the people you think are better runners is they’ve run more miles.
Getting rained on isn’t so bad; you won’t melt, I promise.
