April Running Report

To catch those up who may be new around here, I have a goal to run 500 miles this year. I run with a Garmin Forerunner 110 GPS watch. Garmin has a website called Garmin Connect that allows users to upload their data from the watch. At the end of each month I run a report and I publish that data here.

Now that my busy season at work is over I should be able to run a few races soon. There is almost always a 5K or 10K every weekend around here.
